At HouseofSuave.com, we strive to offer premium-quality apparel and a
smooth, trustworthy shopping experience. Please review the following
policy to understand our return and exchange process.
15-Day Return Window You have 15 days from the date of delivery to
request a return.
To be eligible: - Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same
condition you received them. - All tags, labels, and original packaging
must be intact. - Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email us at
support@houseofsuave.com. Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we
will provide reverse pickup details, including pickup partner
information and instructions. No returns will be accepted without prior
approval. Reverse pickup availability depends on your pincode and
courier partner coverage.
Return Fee (Restocking Fee) All approved returns carry a Rs.199
restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange Policy - 1 free exchange per order (for size or color). -
Further exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.
Item must be unused and in original packaging. If the desired product is
out of stock, we may offer store credit.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged,
defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at
support@houseofsuave.com with photos/videos.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for: - Customized or
personalized items - Sale, Offer, or Clearance items - Gift cards -
Personal-use/hygiene-sensitive products - Hazardous/flammable items (if
applicable)
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period EU customers may cancel or
return their order within 14 days. Eligibility requirements remain the
same.
Refund Process Once your return is picked up, received, and inspected: -
We will notify you of approval or rejection. - If approved, refund will
be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If 15 business days have passed since approval without receiving your
refund, email support@houseofsuave.com.

returns/exchanges that do not meet criteria - Adjust restocking or
logistics fees - Update or modify this policy at any time - Reject
fraudulent or misuse claims
All decisions by House of Suave regarding returns, exchanges, and
