House of Suave operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”), to provide you with a curated shopping experience.
House of Suave is powered by Shopify Inc., which enables us to provide the Services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, inventory limitations, or violations of these Terms.
Once an order is accepted, cancellation requests may not be accommodated. Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Refund & Exchange Policy available on our website.
You represent that all purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or commercial purposes.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice.
Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges unless explicitly stated. Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout as per Indian law.

Shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, logistics constraints, weather conditions, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Once the order is handed over to the shipping partner, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.
